VIVO IPL No More now Its Tata IPL 2022

Ratan tata own Tata Group Brought Title Sponsorship Of IPL 2022

 The 5 year long contract between Vivo and BCCI for IPL title Sponsorship has ended in its 4th year as the boycott Chinese movement took action during the 1st phase of lock-down.

 Ex team India captain and now BCCI chairman Mr. Sourav Ganguly has took decision of transfering Vivo from IPL title Sponsorship. Vivo has also peacefully accepted this transition from Vivo IPL to Tata IPL.

IPL managing committee & governing council called meeting on January 11th 2022 and took decision of transferring rights from Vivo to Tata group. Indian premier league Chairman Mr. Brijesh Patel confirms this move to Press trust of India.

Indian premier league' Secretary Mr. Jay shah has also announced and said that this is an indeed historical moment in Entire IPL history. Tata Group is the epitome of global Indian enterprise with an over 100 year old legacy and operations in more than 100 countries across six continents will now lead the IPL title Sponsorship this is a great News in entire cricket as the Indian company comes to celebrate cricket not just as a game but as a emotions if billions of cricketing fans. 

When the discussion has initiated to move Vivo from Title Sponsorship of IPL, Tata group has come ahead and showed their High intrest and BCCI has appreciated that Tata group is keen to promote the spirit of Indian Cricket Across the international boundaries. IPL is gaining popularity as a global sporting event and now Tata group will create a blissful testimony by sponsoring the Super bowl of India that is Indian premier league 2022.

 

VIVO brought Title Sponsorship rights of IPL in 2018 by paying Whopping amount of Rs. 2200cr. Valid for 4years from 2018 to 2022 but due to tention across Indo chinna border and Galwan Valley military confrontation between the Indian and Chinese armies in 2020, the brand replaced it with Dream11. online gaming giant Dream 11 has paid around 222cr for one year title Sponsorship and after that BCCI took decision to transfer the rights and gave it to Tata group.

 The mega auction of Indian premier league will took place in Bengaluru in the 2nd week of February and this year The auction will have 100 new player to choose from. This will be good fight for young as well as the experience players.
